E430 One Touch auto up/down window problems
 

Hey all,

My 1999 E430 is having problems with the one touch window feature on all windows but the driver's. They work find if you lightly press and hold them up and down, but when you push all the way down for the one touch feature, they don't work. Is there a way to turn on/off the one touch feature?

resync the windows.

raise them, hold the button/switch in the up posistion for 30 sec or so. Then run 'em down and repeat, 30 seconds should be sufficent.

quick test for sync, convience featue, hold the button on your remote or lock the car with the key then unlock and hold the key in the unlock posistion. All unsync'ed windows will stay up.

Yet another problem fixed by members of this board that not even the service writer and techs at my dealership could answer.

Keep in mind MY 2000 up, most models have to be "desync'ed" with the HTT before they can be sync'ed. This does not apply to all models tho.
