I have noticed my tank is empties rather quickly. When refilling it, I saw a slow leak coming from the seal between the tank and what appears to be the headlight washer motor. I gently pulled on the small, cylindrical motor and the thing just lifted right off, exposing the opening in the tank.

Is this normal? There's a rubber washer there that, I assume, is supposed to make a watertight seal, but the whole assembly is not fastened to the tank in any way. It's just gently resting there, putting no pressure on the rubber gasket to make a good seal. Am I missing something?
