Hello -
Sorry if this does not qualify as a technical question... I understand CA exempts diesel passenger vehicles from their bi-annual smog check. We are relocating from VA to CA and just discovered the emissions info plate in my 81 300SD says it conforms to EPA and California regulations. Are there any particular items to keep in mind with "California" model diesels ? Specifically any known driveability quirks or settings in the injection system ? Are they more prone to rocking at idle ? Thanks for your help. [This message has been edited by VA300SD (edited 08-02-1999).] |
Not any weird things I know of.
