In starting out my brake project I'm stumped with removing both rear brake rotors. I have tried tapping with a deadblow hammer(as per the manual) Heat with a propane torch and a try with medium pressure on an 8in. gear puller, no luck. Any reason not to try the 10lb. sledge hammer or what am I missing? t.i.a.

Be sure that the parking brake shoes are backed off enough to allow them to pass by. The shoes are inside of the drum like the old style drum brakes. The adjustment is located inside the upper corner and can be accessed through the bolt hole.
