95E300D Relay Problem or Something?

Stopped for fuel and would not restart. Buzzing noise coming from relay compartment. In troubleshooting found 15A fuse blown on blue relay. Green relay OK. All relays are engerizing when ignition switch turned on. Buzzing coming from 1"x2"x2" black box in center of compartment (Coils engerizing?) Battery holds full charge, all other electrical systems work OK. Still will not start? Any suggestions or opinions welcome!! Thanks!
