Final drive whine

I have a light whine on the final drive on my '93 W140 S500 {no LSD}. Are there any magic products out there to combat this or do I swap it {or turn the radio up}.

I recall reading on this forum about someone using a Redline product for rear differentials. You might want to look at this:
