I am going to have my brake fluid on my 95 C220 changed. The car has 41,000 miles and has the original fluid. The manual suggests changing the fluid on March or April. Does anyone know why this is done during that period. I was planning on doing this as soon as possible. Thanks.

After a long winter in Germany the tech's need to have more work so they suggest that you change the fluid then. Really before a hot & humid summer the fluid needs to be changed so that the moisture that is in "all" brake fluid is flushed out. Take time to read TECH TIPS for more $$ saving ideas.
