Fuel Flap problem

I have a E320 and today when I was going to put gas the fuel door wont open, I have to do it in the manual mode, can anyone tell me what would be the problem?

Central locking problem . try the central locking with the fuel door open and see if the pin moves in and out.

I will try it tomorrow
and if it is the central locking, how can I fix it?
