my 91' 190 2.3 a/c blower has quit blowing. I thought i would change the fuse but not sure how and which one to change? Also can i use any power steering fluid in my car because it is extremely low. How do i gauge how much to use? I saw no indicators. thanks!

The 2.3 will have a fuse for the blower in one of two places. Inside the fuse box or outside in a small black plastic rectangular box. This fuse will be a strip fuse if on the outside.
You can get P/S fluid at about any store. Do use the P/S fluid and not ATF. Fill to about 2 inches below the top.
