Questions about my SEC plus FYI stuff!

Just a few questions.

Are Euro headlites available and what's the price for a 1991 560sec?

What's the usual price for replacing the rear main seal?

What's the best for rebuilding the power steering box?

Also, someone asked how to get rid of interior cigar smoke smell....I heard there's an electrical method using somekind of device. I know not much detail, but I have heard of such a process about 4 or 5 years ago!

thnx in advance,

pj

Many members on this site have happily ordered Euro headlights from this site:

http://www.importvision.com/PickAccessories.php?PartMake=Mercedes

They also have clear corners for your SEC, too.

I talked to a fellow at Aurora Auto Wreckers in N. Seattle about steering boxes for these 'S' class cars. He said he could sell me one out of a low-milage car(what ever that means) for something like $175, and for about $250 they will go thru it and replace seals and make sure it looks good inside. (That's 250 total, not on top of the 175). Sounds like the way to go for me. Might check in your area. I know auto wreckers do ship parts all over the country tho. (used to work at one many moons ago)
