Crankshaft pulley oil seal

Looks like the crankshaft pulley oil seal is leaking on my 95 E220 (M111 engine). Is this easy to change at home? I know the pulley bolt is done up very tight, what is the best way to get it off?

i have the same problem in a C220/95... what you did?
