need some help- 95 c280 instrument cluster
 

Just did the trick of cleaning the post that the speedometer needle sets on to eliminate sticking at zero. Plugged everything back together and now when you start it, tach jumps around, some of the lights stay on and odometer and trip meter are set to zero. I looked for a bad ground, and bad connections but haven't found anything yet. Any suggestions?
