About $15 worth of electronics from Radio Shack can make a pulse code counter with the ability to erase fault codes from the system. Best $15 I ever spent.

Paul - Have you posted how to make a blink code tester already on this site? If not, could you let me know what it takes?

Thanks Haasman

JimF has a schematic posted on his website here: (bottom of page)

http://pages.prodigy.net/jforgione/MB_X11.html

Fault codes can be found here:

http://www.batauto.com/MB/

Arthur Dalton also has a rough hand-drawn schematic to build one. Both are very good.

You'll need a solder gun as well.

Gluck
