Idiot lights, this is weird?

Low coolant light came on, I suspect a leaky water pump so I overfill it a little and the light goes back off. This has happened two or three times in the last week but I haven't gotten a water pump yet but I watch it closesly.

All of a sudden, the low windshield washer fluid light comes on. I filled it all the way up but the light stays on.

Are these lamps on the same circuit somehow? What gives?
