Oil Filter Question
FastLane has two brands of oil filters listed for my 560 SEL, Hengst and Bosch. Any comments from you guys on which is the best for my car?

both are high quality filters.
i use hengst in my c200. and mann/hengst on the 190e.never had a problem with these brands as long as you stick to regular oil/filter changes as per the maintenance booklet we don't get bosch ones in u.k. so, it is a question of which one you want. what have you got fitted on the car at the moment? |

I try to buy Mann Oil filters from FastLane. Mann includes (last time I bought one) a new copper washer for the drain plug.
For my last oil change, Mann was not available and I bought a Hengst. It looks like a fine filter, but does not include the new copper washer. Both include the rubber o ring. |

Bosch oil & air filters are "cheap" aftermarket STUFF! Not true on the FUEL filters.
