new 98 E320 owner needs electrical help

I bought a 98 E320 75000 miles a few weeks ago and need to feel good about it again.

It seems to be having light bulb issues all of a sudden .

First it was the drivers low beam (I replaced and works again)

Then the pass brake light stopped lighting. Before I could get a bulb for it it began working again.

But then the driver park light went out. I replaced the bulb but the light still doesn't work. And of course the dash reminds me of that every time I turn the lights on...

Do I have a electrical issue from hell or just bad bulb karma?

If I take the car to the shop for this so soon it will not be looked at well by my sugnifficant other...

Mysterious Lamp Defect Warning light on 97 W210 E320
