Crank sensor

Hi the crank sensor can be tested w/ohm test but the best way, that will also test pins on flywheel is w/waveform viewer. With a waveform viewer you unplug sensor and hook straight to it. I use a Snap-on Vantage. Some Digital Ohm meters will work. Hope this helps I'm working on a no spark problem w/91 500 right now that's giving me fits because every signal is there at the ignition module, but I cannot get codes from the ECU so I do notthink these two are talking to each other, Well good luck
