Vacuum leak behind instrument cluster??

This evening i noticed a strange sound when i shut off the engine.
A "psssssssssss...." from behind the instrument cluster.

I started the engine again and put my ear close to the cluster and heard an ongoing "psssssssss" that faded away when i shut of the engine again.
It is without a doubt the sound of air from a vacuum leak. But what on earth is a vacuum hose doing behind the instrument cluster???

Did you have headlight adjustments at one time? They are vacuum controlled.

Oh man.. *slap myself on the forehead*

Of course! The headlight adjustment..
So.. before i rip the entire instrument panel out. Is there some sneaky way to get behind the adjustment wheel, to reconnect/replace hose fittings..?
