Emergency HELP !

Hi , I need serious help on my 93 300E Brakes.
I was trying to put a set of OEM brake pads, and I accidentlly broke one of the little ring around the lower piston of my front brake.
I decided to bump the brakes a few times so that the piston will come out and there I was able to put the metal ring back on the piston.
Now I tried to push the piston back,with two flat head screw driver, however the piston are not moveable like it was before.
What's there I can do ?
Did I just terminate the whole brake system ?

You will have to take the bleeder screw loose from the top of the caliper to get the pistons back in properly. Just take out the pistons and clean them. Then lube them well with brake fluid. Press them in with your hand in an even fashon. Do not force the pistons in. Once all of the way in, add brake fluid to the reservoir and have some one pump up the pedal and hold pressure on it while you loosen the bleeder screw a little. (Be careful not to get the fluid in your eyes.) One the fliud stops coming out, just tighten the screw and have the person in the car pump again and hold then loosen again. Do this over and over until all air is purged. (Keep an eye on the fluid level))

Dear Benzmac:
I think I got an idea of you illustrations.
I suppose the location of the bleeder screw is located on top of the caliper ( 9 mm range).
But the thing is I can't get the bleeder screw to open ( counter clock rise to loss ).
I tired loss that screw along with some WD-40
but that doesn't work out either.
Then the worse thing happen : ( .I think I broke the screw, because half of the screw came out along with the hose.
What do I do now ? Do I need a whole new caliper ?
Oh my god. Best thing I can do now is to call road side assistants ?
suggestions ?

You can get a new caliper and put it on. If you go to the dealer, they will do the same thing I would think. The bleeder screws do break off on occasion and when they do if you can't extract them. you usually do end up with the replacement. Road side will not help you in this situation. A tow truck will.
