Question 1985 190e 2.3

I have an 85 190E 2.3. I would like to make it faster. How hard would it be to install a 2.6 engine out of a newer 190 or 300e ?

I was considering to get a 2.6 dropped in on my mercedes when I needed the engine rebuilt. From what i hear, it would take a lot of work, from new wiring harnesses and new ecu, also you would probably have to change the radiator. Use the search option, I am pretty sure you can find other postings that might be more helpful then me.
