CLK 430...CLK 430 AMG..What is the difference between them?

Hi...im planning to buy a 1999/2000 CLK 430.My question is what is the difference between a CLK 430 and a CLK 430 AMG? I have seen them advertised as two different types.

CLK430 AMG is probably a clk430 with AMG wheels, maybe body enhancements too and possibly a sportier suspension.
