I hear a “thump” whenever I turn off the AC on my ’95 E420. Otherwise, everything works fine. The sound seems to come from the center vent area. Could someone tell me if this is normal or not? Many Thanks.

Should be just a vacuum actuator doing it's thing - nothing unusual.
