Unhappy 94, C220 random starting problems

94, C220 with 122K miles. Car runs OK. I had it for last three years. Very recently, it does not start at random occasions. Engine rotates, every thing else works fine, if I try after 10-30 mins. it starts up fine, like nothing had happened. I have already replaced fuel filter, and checked out fuel pump relay, I have cleaned all electrical plugs with electrical contact cleaner. I found some sections of wire harness close to temp. sensors with broken insulation and I have covered them with heat shrink sleeves. At this point I am totally lost and counting on you guys.
Please reply with advice.
I have seen same prob. with other guys, if somebody has any sucess of had it fixed, please reply.

Thank you.

AL.

"OVP Relay Tappy-Tap-Tap " test.

I have found that the instument of choice to be a screwdriver handle lightly Tapping out the Rhythmic Signature of " Shave and a Haircut,- Two Bits" to work best on the 202 chassis.....

After tapping of relay , retry for start condition...

Actually, the best OVP test is checking the part #. 52 45 made in Austria=N/G. 67 45 is O.K.
