Has anyone replaced the factory light on a SL320 with the newer MB litronic light? Would like to know what's involved and is it worth the effort? Any suggestion will be appreicated.

Do you mean Xenon lights from 1996+ SLs?? To convert to the Xenon, you may have to changed the whole headlight units. And since the Xenon runs on seperate generator(yes, it does not run on battery), you may have to find a place to put the unit in the engine bay....

It is more than that. To get them legal they had to install a self leveling system complete with sensors on the anti-sway bar and control module.
