What torque setting to use for oil pan

Does anyone know what torque setting to use on hex bolts that hold the oil pan for a ’95 E420?

oil sump to block

m6 9nm
m8 21nm
m10 40 nm

this is for the main pan, as in the alloy one, not the steel sub pan.

I am installing the lower oil pan

The pan that has the oil drain plug. Will torque numbers you listed be any different?

One other question while we are on this subject, I was told by the local dealer parts man that it would be wise to use silicon on the gasket for better sealing. Any advise on that? Like what type/brand of silicon? Do I apply thin coat to both sides of the gasket or just the pan side?

Thanks
