Where i can buy tools for taking the oil filter for 93 190e.what do u call that.thanx

You can order the appropriate wrench from your local MB dealer's parts counter (or from PartsShop, if they stock it). You'll also need a 22 (I think) socket to slip over the top of the wrench and of course a ratchet and extension.
