Azhari - glad the tests worked for you. The switch isn't for *only* that purpose, it's mainly there (I'm 99% sure) to shut off fuel when you are off the throttle and cruising at speed on the cars momentum (no need for fuel in the engine then).
But it does affect the gearchanges in the way I've shown you, though I don't know why,.. but at least it tests if the switch is working. Russ
