Thx for the help. I'll try to replace the pads (front & rear) this weekend.

I know I'll also need new sensors. Is it recommended to install new rotors at the same time?
What else should be done while I'm there?

You only have to replace the rotors if there is something wrong with them. IE. Below minimum thickness or warped.
