Talking Need Help On 1998 C230 Belt Tension Pulley

I have tried to remove center bolt (has e-10 head). Almost twisted head off. Need help. Someone please tell me how to remove this pulley so I can change the tension damper.

That E10 head is not a bolt. Look closer. That is the stud. There is a 15mm head nut screwed down on that stud holding the pulley.

This picture shows how to remove and reinstall the tensioner. The E10 is to pull the tensioner back to install or remove the belt. The arrow is pointing where you need to be. There is a round black plastic cover that you pop off with a screwdriver. It will be tight. Behind that cover is the nut. I forgot to mention the cover previously. Sorry about that. You should be good to go now.
