Remember that the front suspensions had cronic problems with the lower control arm bushings and the ball joints have an updated stiffiness.

The 140 body also had problems with bad drive shaft vibrations. They replaced them under warranty. My suggestion is to put the car on a drive on lift, chock the front tires and lift the rear wheels, if possible. Start the car put it in gear see if the vibration is still there, if it is it it could be the drive shaft ballance, or tire ballance.If not take it to a qualifed MB repair shop to have it checked out.
