I've got a 97 E Class (UK model). I got a bulb failure warning at the weekind and it turns out it's the sidelight (parking light) bulb in the innermost of the two lamp units. Bought the bulb at an accessory shop, got the holder out of the unit and then disaster - I dropped the holder into an inaccessible void in the engine compartment. Before I scare myself and go to a dealer to be told they're are not available as a spare part, can some kind soul please tell me that they are!!??
