eBay mystery part

Part number 1305233006 - advertised as a 450SL's right side marker light assembly.

What's it really from?

My guess is either the euro headlight 107 SL or the US 116 sedan because it doesn't have the correct curve for the quad headlights of a US 450SL (the 130 chassis was from the 1930s, I believe, so the first 3 digits of the part number don't clarify it for me).
