I Have an 87 190E which seems to be putting out hot air from the side vents all the time even if the heat is off! Also there is a "clicking noise coming from the dash-Like a relay noise. TIA

All of the A/C control are vacuum actuated. The heat from the outer vents are because the heater valve isn't shutting off. The clicking noise is the vacuum control behind the right dash receiving signals to change vacuum elements. If there are any vacuum leaks in the system this will happen.
