My 91' 190e has two problems. First the dash lights do not come on with the headlights. Second, the fan for the climate control comes on very rarely. Wiggling the ignition switch does nothing. The compressor comes on still, but no air comes through the vents. What going on? Thanks always!

Have you switch off your instrument illumination rheostat switch ???? check that first,about your air condition blower........
possible is your motor is bad.
