W124 Rear headrest removal

I have searched the site for several hours, searched through my MB CD for a couple of hours, looked at my headrests for another hour, and I still can't figure out how to get my REAR headrest out.

I only need to get one of them out because I need to repair the leather on the headrest itself.

Can anyone help?
