need advice on 300e or e320 to buy...
 

I am considering the purchase of a 93 300e with the 3.2 DOHC or a 94 e320. I like the size, engineering, and style of the 300. Are these good years? I have been told the quality declined somewhere in this range of years. Any suggestions on good years to buy for this model? Mileage that I should stay under? It seems like most that I have been seeing are around 100,000 miles or more.
