123 electrical problem

I have an 84 300D, in the last few days the Right front low beam and turn signals have gone out several times. I replace the 8A #14 fuse and they started working again. They were out again yesterday I replaced the #14 again and noticed there was a jumper off the number #12 and that wire was loose I don't know what the jumper was for. but now the horn doesn't work and the turn signals are not working again.
TIA

You need to inspect all the wiring associated with the lights on that side. Look for chafed insulation or pinched wires that are shorting to ground somewhere.

Good luck,

Dash Lights 123 '80 240D

I really need someone's help. I just put white faces (C. Henkel does a great job of making these) on my gauges in my '80 240D and they look great in the daytime but now all my lights on the dash and the horn don't work. I checked the wires again and I checked the fuses. Everything seems to be hooked up properly but I can't seem to figure out why this lights and horn don't work. Just to clarify my situation, I put in LEDs lights for the dash both ways. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
