Code #2 on a 94 E320 Wagon
Hi,
I need some advice. My check engine light came on yesterday. I read the codes and code #2 came up, which is the o2 sensor?? is this true? If it is, my questions are: - can i do it myself?? I'm pretty new to my MB since I got it a month ago, and I have no car experience but I'm willing to work on it as long as i have some documentation/advice. - should I buy the OEM part? or should I go with the Universal part? - where is the o2 sensor in my car? Thanks a lot in advance! Carlos. cotovelo@yahoo.com |
Do a search on here on W124 codes. Get to know Arthur Dalton:). These cars are straight forward as being able to read all the codes. You are just scratching the surface in regards to what an individual can do with a home made reader.

I think code 2 is the coolant temperature sensor.
