124 Heater Control Valve

My Heater Control valve was leaking this morning. The car has 168k miles on it and it looks original. A couple of questions:
1. Can this item be rebuilt? Looks like it could be an o-ring or something.
2. Is it worth the effort?
3. Does anyone have one for sale?

Hi,

Yes it can be rebuilt.

Probably needs a rebuild kit. Call Fastlane and ask about the rebuild kit. About $20 if I recall.

A 30 minute job and easy to do.

Good luck,
