W201 FUel distributor problem

Only thing left to replace or rebuild on 2.6 in my 1990 190E is the fuel distributor. Anyone have a good idea on this? I want to get a new rebuilt one, but i have been told they are not reliable, but new Bosch distribs are three times more expensive. Any one got experience with a good non bosch rebuilt distrib? Any one got a good source for either makes of distrib? Baby benz deserves to run nice and be taken care of due to condition she is in, but THREE time more $ for the distrib is not cool. I'll do it if you all tell me it is the way to go.
