There is light generated by the the amber bulbs (the outermost section) and the white lights in the center section, for the bulk of xenon and the high beams. However, the innermost section which also has a visable light bulb, produces no light. Is this normal for the Bi-Xenons from performance products retrofit for a 2000 ML 430? Thank you in advance.
