Wiring directions for second set brake lights on W123?

A while ago there was this website that featured privately owned MB diesels and there was a link to wiring information to allow the two inner sets of lights (the ones closest to the license plate) to be wired up and function as a second set of brake lights. My question is, does anybody know about this, and have they tried it? Is anyone in favor of the idea, or is it a waste of time. I just thought it would be cool to have an extra set of brake lights, seeing how the W123's did not have a third brake light. The site has been "lost" and I can't quite remember the website these directions were on, the only thing I remember is that I'am 100% certain that Peyton300TD (Eric Starr) had his car on that site because I fell in love with that car the day I saw it on that site. If anyone knows about these directions please let me know and give some input as to if this is a good or bad idea.

Thanks,
-Jamie

They are actually rear fog lights, on my euro the right one is wired to come on when you pull the light switch all the way out and the amber light comes on in the middle of the switch. The left is not wired and doesn't even have a reflector in it. All cars in Europe have these rear fog lights by law, but the second light is optional I think.
