Installed a new 12 volt battery in the trunk. Lost use of my radio
which I reprogrammed and is now working but also have warning
lights on the dash board which have appeared and won't go out.

These lights (warning) are located to the right of center (drivers side dash) and read:

BAS (ABS)
ASR

What do I do to reset & correct this problem?

With the engine running, turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock until the light goes out. This will re-synch the steering angle sensor.
