400e Front passenger seat
The button that controls the movement of my front passenger seat (back rest) does not work. However, the button to move the seat forward and backward does. Any ideas?

try cleaning the switch. might have a dirty contact, just be sure to wipe off the excess cleaner quickly as it will dry the plastic. just pop the switch covers off, flood it with contact cleaner while exercising the switch.

Thanks Joe. I will give your suggestion a try. When you speak of a cleaner, is their a special type of cleaner. What would you recommend?

Matt, Try using QD Electronic Cleaner by CRC, also there are other brands of electronic cleaners that will work.
