Why can't MB lower my S class by computer?

I have spoken with experts and been told that MB can lower my 2000 S500 by 1/2" through the airmatic program by selecting "rest of world" or "non-US".
My freindly MB tech went into the program and did not find anything like this.
Can anyone shed some light on this and tell me exactly what to do if possible?
Thanks

I lower mine by letting some of the air out if the tires - jk) - couldn't resist.
