E.H.A. Valves

I had a leaking EHA valve on my '86 300E and sought to find a "used" replacement. I compared the EHA valves of the 190E 2.3 and discovered that in the '85 -'86 years the valve was different from that of the 300E. So in '87 and above, the 300E and the 190E shared the same part. My question is what is the difference in the output of the two valves? The part numbers I have are 2 437 020 007 (300E) and 2 437 020 004 (190E).

I currently have the 190E part in my 300E and am unaware of any adverse effects.

Any input on this would be appreciated.
