What do you guys think of this rear wing?

I've been searching for a rear wing for a while now for my '92 190e 2.6.

It seems these cars have vastly been forgotten by most tuners / suppliers.

I came across this wing, by zender which is on clearance. It is a 3pc wing and it is on clearance for $175 from a company called erebuni corp, which seems to be a big supplier of spoilers , and related accessories.

I'm having a really hard time picturing what it would look line on my car, but I would appreciate any opinions, and or other options for wings that are out there...

This is what the car looks like now..

Thanks in advance for your opinions,

George

Stock is better. If you desire a trunk spoiler, have you thought about a 16V unit? It looks good.

I was considering that too, but any idea where to find one?

I have looked everywhere, and no one seems to stock the 16v spoiler anymore.

I wish i could find the amg one that Rick Johnson has on his....

take a look at his 190e at:

www.2phast.com

Take care,

George

There's a AMG spoiler not often seen in the US.

MTI,

Nice Nurburgring sticker! I've got the same one, but haven't put it on the 500 because it hasn't made the trip around yet

What a track!

Ask for Eddy.

Don't mean to mislead you guys, I'm in the hunt for that spoiler too! The owner of the car is named Luwin in Germany and he's been doing some interesting things to his car. Note the single center exhaust. On German E-Bay, I've seen the spoiler listed as a Vestatec without the AMG logo and apparently it was sold as part of an AMG body kit at one time. Classicgarage.com used to stock it, but it's not on their web site any longer and I'm waiting for a reply to an inquiry to them. Happy hunting.

sad ain't it? considering the w201 was known as the 2nd most tuned car in europe (only being beaten by the golf gti) back in the 80's...

mti - that spoiler is pure amg ducktail. the vestatec version looks more like the zender posted above, but it wasn't 3 piece. i used to work at a shop that sold vestatec, zender, etc... back in the day.

I have my doubts about that, since the only "ducktail" from AMG I've seen is the 3 piece like this:
