Outside Temp Reads 136f
 

HEY guys i tried the old threads for this issue but didnt get what i was looking for
i have a 1993 400e and the display is working fine its just that it tell teh wrong temp from the last posts i noticed that it could be teh temp probe but i just want some help before i go and buy the probe
how many other thoings couldbe bad in this situation

it's either the probe or the LCD unit. the LCD unit is $200+, go check the probe first. actually, if the LCD display looks good it is probably the probe anyway...

hey how many parts are there connected to the outside guage unit now its just stuck at 136 and it doesnt changes i searched but i have only seen the pic of 3003 ot others on this site i checked the wire which is going into the fuse box is that what PROBE is and are there anyother things except the probe which could bt faulty please help
