Jerks during shifting on W124

Car (300CE) seems to shift ok and at the right revs.
But when it shifts there some times a jerk.
I belive it depends on the speed during the shif but I couldn't pin point it yet. Is this the trany itself or something in the drive train ?
Transmision mount ? Rear differential ?

Fluid is defenately ok. I just had the 120K service and it was replaced, yet no change.
When I shift while standing in place car jerks as whell. But I don't think there is a clunk. I did replace a flex disck ( front one ) so its new.
