Fuel lines or starter or block heater
 

It's a 1966 200D w/ a starting problem. It only starts when parked down hill and if it doesn't freeze.

It was filled with gas (desil car) and may have some bad seals.

It has visible desil leaks.

It just got a new fuel pump. Alternator is recharging the battery.

Always turns over at least once...stops when the battery juice wears out.

Biggest battery you can buy is already in the car.

Any ideas?
